I believe that our fullest life shows up as we build a connection with one another and explore your story.  In individual therapy, we will work to develop trust and ask good questions about what things are or are not working in your life.

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation before we meet for you to ask any question and get a sense if you'd like to work with me. In person sessions are then billable.
